FREEWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this Software.

The Windows Password Recovery Bootdisk is shareware.

You may use unregistered version of this Software as long as you wish.
If you wish to use Windows Password Recovery Bootdisk without functional
limitations, you MUST register it.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the
Software for the purposes described in the Documentation. With the personal
license, you can use the Software in non-business, non-commercial environment
(at home), or in non-profit organizations (schools, universities). To use
the Software in a corporate, government or business environment, you should
purchase a business license.

All copyrights are exclusively owned by the legitimate owners. Except
where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and software included
in the Windows Password Recovery Bootdisk package is copyrighted by
Rixler Software. Rixler Software have the right, at its discretion, to change,
modify, add or remove provisions from this license agreement at any time
without notice. Changes shall be effective immediately.

Windows Password Recovery Bootdisk package includes some files
copyrighted by third-party developers:

- SYSLINUX and ISOLINUX by Peter Anvin.
- Linux by Linus Torvalds.
- bkhive and samdump2 by Nicola Cuomo.
- mkisofs by Joerg Schilling.

Windows Password Recovery Bootdisk implements a function of removing
Windows users passwords and retrieving Windows password hashes from the
Windows Security Accounts Manager. Using these hashes you can recover
original users passwords. Recovering your own passwords is a legal
operation. Though you should bear in mind that recovering other users'
passwords without their permission can be considered illegal in courts
of many countries. Your use of this software implies that you have the
proper right or the permission to recover Windows password hashes and
original users passwords. The Rixler Software Company is not responsible
for any illegal use of this Software.
